A white-black cat sits on a plate with milk, calmly and concentrated on the essentials. She licks and licks. Delightful, almost without a pause. She looks up only a few times. Shortly after, she turns to milk again.

In the video "Büsi", created in 2001, by Peter Fischli and David Weiss, the cat can be seen for six and a half minutes engaged in everyday behaviour. It shows, among other things, who takes a break, only interrupts the current proceedings. He doesn't stop completely.

The two artists guide our attention to the often overlooked beauty and humor in the small, even banal things. The Swiss artist duo, who have worked collaboratively for 33 years, are known for their appreciation of ordinary subjects into high art. The video "Büsi" is world-famous; it was even shown at Times Square in New York.
